Noor Haliza Binti Ishak graduated from International Islamic University, Malaysia in 1992. She commenced her pupillage in the chambers of Mr. George Nelson at then Messrs G.F. Nelson & Co. in Muar. She was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 30th March 1993 and joined Messrs G.F.Nelson & Co. as a Legal Assistant till 1998. She later joined Messrs Matthew Thomas & Co. in Kuala Lumpur as a Legal Assistant in October 1998 and later was made a partner in 2016 until February 2018. She later joined Messrs V.P.Nathan & Partners, Petaling Jaya in July 2018 as a Legal Assistant. Her current area of practice is insurance law, both advisory and litigation. She also has experience in criminal matters.
