C. M. MARAN graduated from the University of Malaya LL.B in 1992. He chambered with Messrs V.P. Nathan & Partners and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 19.03.1993. He joined the Judicial & Legal Service in 1995. He returned to practice with the firm as a partner in 1997. He specialises in insurance law both in advisory and litigation and is also experienced in industrial, labour, tenancy, eviction and recovery matters.
