Siti Samila Binti Awang Hamat graduated from International Islamic University of Malaysia with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) in 2001. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 11th April 2002. She chambered with Messrs V.P. Nathan & Partners in Kuala Lumpur and was retained at the said company since then. From June 2013 she became a partner in the said firm until now.
She has advisory and litigation experience in insurance law and tortious claims.
Her appearance at courts covers up from subordinate courts up to appellate courts. Her exposure in appearing up to the appellate court has provided her with advocacy advantages when handling crucial litigated matters.
