Rohani Binti Muhammad graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 1995. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs Nathan & Associates, Seremban. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 16th September 1996. She continued her service with the firm as a legal assistant until 1998 before she joined Messrs Tan, Goh & Associates also in Seremban with the same position. In 2000, she returned to her hometown in Kedah and joined Messrs Idris Awang & Co. at Sungai Petani until 2006. In 2008, she practised with Messrs Shamsudin Bahari & Rafidi at their Baling office. During the entire period of between 1995 to 2010, she attended to matters pertaining to civil litigation, banking, matrimonial and property transactions. Since 2010, she started concentrating her areas of practice in insurance law, in Messrs Subramaniam, Shanmugam & Associates, Messrs Dass Jainab & Co. and Messrs Hoe & Ahmad Zaki, before joining Messrs V.P. Nathan & Partners as a legal assistant since August 2017 until to-date.
